all that's left of my lost journal.

embrace your inner wolf,
allow yourself to growl & feel what you feel when you feel it,
and hold space for others to do the same...
open up to your shadow self,
don't push it away, or suppress it,
it'll only grow in strength and eventually
overwhelm you.. or just numb you out..

we as a collective needa start holding space
for other's raw emotions, dissolve the conditions & habits of
attaching ourselves to happiness, & find some sort of healthy
comfort in feeling the wild, darker parts..
they are messengers of purging & cleansing.
discover the balance, don't neglect one or the other,
i love your light and shadow self.
